Which size Quill Vogue Wash Station is best for me?

The Wash Station is available in 2 sizes: standard & XL.

  • The standard internal wash chamber is L320mm x W520mm x H530mm. The door opening is W170mm/270mm x H280mm
  • The XL internal wash chamber is L670mm x W660mm x H510mm. The door opening is W540mm/630mm x H360mm

Please note some designers may print smaller prototypes that would fit in the standard sized Wash Station but prefer the XL size as they can put multiple parts into the chamber for washing all in one go thereby saving time.

Shall I choose the Quill Vogue Wash Station Static or Quill Vogue Wash Station Mobile?

The Wash Station Static is an “open” system that requires plumbing into mains water and mains drains and thereafter requires very little maintenance.

The Wash Station Mobile is a “closed” system that contains 2 x 25 litre water tanks that require emptying and refilling on a daily/weekly basis depending on usage..

We recommend customers choose the Wash Station Static where possible, as it is low maintenance, has better visibility during operation and is more cost effective.
